Fitocracy macros

Hey all,

I've been looking at the new Fitocracy Macros app on the apple App Store and I'm just wondering if anyone else has checked it out? It gives me significantly different macro suggestions than MFP does, and I'd like to know if anyone agrees with their suggestions, which are:

Training days: protein 143g, carbs 225g, fat 41g
Off days: protein 143g, carbs 50g, fat 100g.

This is in order to lose fat. I'm 33, male, 138lbs, lift weights 3-times a week, and my body type is 4th from the right in the app - the pic of the guy holding his belly, lol.

MFP has me on 200g protein, 80g carbs, 50g fat, with 10g more on training days.

Thoughts?

    You can customize the macros here by going to MY HOME> Goals>Change goals> Custom

    I just recently reflected mine, going what they gave me and I'm only going by training days, because I have a set rest day and sometimes I even workout on my rest day.
