Hi all,

I'm a petite mom who is tired of feeling lumpy. I don't have a lot to lose but because of my height a little weight gain over the last few years has made a big difference in how I look and feel. I need to firm up but exercise is tough.

In the last 5 years I've dealt with a bulging disc, tendontitis in my rotator cuff, and tendonitis in both hips. The only thing I can currently do at the gym is the elliptical (doesn't hurt my hips) and weights (arms only). Now I'm suffering from tennis elbow!!! I'm also waiting to see the doctor on possible Fibromyalgia.

Feeling frustrated that every time I make one step forward I take 2 steps back.

Looking for support, encouragement, friends, success stories….. anything that will help me stay positive that even with challenges I can succeed.

(Normally I'm a lot more positive of a person but having a frustrating day. :-( )
