I decided to get back into shape last May. I started running and eating right. I went from almost 200 lbs down to 150 at 5 foot 8. Well we have had a winter from hell here in Indiana(if its not snowing, its -15 outside). Running is my workout of choice, got upto 15 miles in one run. I dont have time to go to a gym, and i just cant find the motivation to do much at home. I have only ran once in the last two weeks, and when i'm not in the workout mindset, I'm not in the mindset to follow a diet either. Ive gained 5 lbs back, and probably more than that, when you could the muscle ive lost from not working out.=[ I'm flabby and feel like im back at square one. I tell myself I'm going to eat right, going to run, and I am so unmotivated. My best friend who went on this whole journey with me isnt in it anymore either, i think its a large reason for my lack of motivation, shes tiny though, she doesnt need to diet. I know its a lifestyle change, but i cant make myself do what i want deep down. Any tips to get back at it?
