About December 14th I became plateued and stopped losing weight. :( I didnt change nothing and finally about a week ago the weight started coming off. I projected back in november that i'd be at my goal weight at 135 by March. and ive only lost about 11 pounds and obviously 6 since I've been recording. Anyway I have 30 more pounds to lose... Im getting a littel frusterated cause my mind plays tricks on me thinking, Oh your going to look weird skinny at 33 years old come this summer.
Why do us humans do this to ourselves? why do we have to be afraid of success?
Next month I will be going to my cousins grandmas 100 th birthday party i havent seen them since septermber when i was about 178lbs

Thanks I needed this. I have been only tracking for 3 weeks. 1st week lost about 3 pounds. 2nd week gained 2 pounds back, 3rd week down about 1 pound. (Lost 2 pounds in 3 weeks). The scale keeps changing on me. I know I am eating better than before and exercising more than before). I know there is room for improvement, but I also know 10 years ago when I tried to lose similar weight, it came off much faster. I am female, 45, 5'5" weight 176, need to loose 30+ lbs. It will come, maybe slow, but it will come. Maybe this time I can keep it off and not have to go this round again.

Stay positive and focused. Glad to hear the scale is moving in the right direction again.

Hi, I opened my food diary for you to take a peak. I think 02/04 I started tracking pretty regular... Maybe a day in there where I didn't finish.
Last week, I thought I would try to do a couple days of low cal to see if I could jump start this weight loss. I will eat normal for a few days and see if it helped at all.
I had great success with LA weight loss plan about 10 years ago (lost 27lbs in about 13 weeks. In a week or two I may try that again to see if I can get the ball rolling. If I remember correctly it was 2 proteins, 2 starches, 3 fruits, 3 veggies, and 2 snacks a day. Lots of water too.
I do drink a lot of water and black coffee during the day. I don't log it, but it is well over 64oz.
