Need Healthy Ideas for Pool Party Potluck

Hey Everyone,
my friends are having a pool party this Sunday (yay for Arizona desert).
Anyways they are grilling hot dogs and burgers and it is up to all of us friends to bring snacks, their Facebook invite had chips, potato salad, etc as ideas for what to bring.

any ideas for items i can bring besides fruit that are healthy?

It can either be a meal or just snacks.

    A healthy taco dip?

We usually bring a broccoli salad to potlucks that has huge success.

PS. Very jealous of your pool party since I am up in the very snowy and cold north

There are some really good healthy (or healthier, at least) snack ideas here: http://www.skinnytaste.com/

It's split into categories here: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2008/03/recipe-index.html
You may find the "Football Recipes" and some of the seasonal ones to be most helpful.

I really love the Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip for one (could serve with veggies instead of chips), but I've pretty much enjoyed all recipes that I've made from Skinny Taste. Have fun at your party... I am jealous! More snow expected YET AGAIN tonight here in Pennsylvania. :)
  • Awesome i'll look now :)
