Hi everyone,

I am new on myfitness. I am also doing weight watchers on my own :ohwell: but I think this will also be great tool for me. I am excited to see a change. Wish me luck and if you have any tips for me please by all means share them.

    Hi Edna. I'm Lynn. Welcome to MFP. I started on 9/1. My suggestion is to take advantage of the tools on MFP. Also, if you slip up, still log it in your food diary. I think that's the only way we learn. This website is amazing and there is a lot of support from other members. I'll request you as a friend. Good luck on your journey.
