What would keep my green tea warm longer - a plastic thermos or one made of porcelain?
I'm so confused... and bad at physics hahah.
Thanks

I'm no professional, but I think anything will work as long as it's insulated (sometimes labeled as double walled), it will be fine. I don't usually keep warm drinks on the go. I have a Dollar Tree travel mug for my coffee, but I keep an insulated cup with lid and straw for my water so it stays colder longer. I love it.0

You need a thermal break. All things conduct heat, some more than others. Thermos brand products have a vacuum gap so transmission is minimized. Nothing crosses the vacuum(sort of). Any single layer container will lose heat quickly, although plastic will generally be better than ceramic or steel.0

I have a Contigo travel mug from Costco (Canada)
It can keep my coffee warm until around 2 pm from a 6-7am fill up0
