Hello everyone, I am new here. My name is Amy and I am looking for some help losing weight and getting in shape again, My biggest challenge is I sit at desk for 10 hrs a day, something I am not used to. Does anyone have any good ideas for exercises at your desk that wont bother those sitting around you? Thanks, I am looking for all the support I can get!!

I sometimes bring my elastic band to work. There are quite a few exercises that are not too strenous so you are not huffing and puffing for all to hear. It may not be a super workout, but it is physical activity and every little bit helps.0
