Hi, New member intro

I am here to try counting calories to lose weight. I have tried W.W's with success as well as Atkins. Also successful. But I just want to do this without spending a ton of money and I want foods from all food groups. I lost 60lbs on Atkins but no fruit or dairy was too much for this orange addict! I will admit I never went to any of the other stages of the diet so I suppose I could've added them later, IDK. And Im not a big meat eater so it wasnt really the diet for me. I need to lose 70lbs to be at my goal. I am a 56 years young female with I think, arthritis in my knee so not sure about exercise. If anyone is familiar with this Im open to any and all advice. Im thinking about buying the zumba dvds, they look like a blast. I'd love to meet someone similar in age and weight goals for a diet buddy. Looking forward to meeting you!
