Hi all. I had my 42 birthday yesterday and have decided to change my life. Gave up smoking just over 6 weeks ago and now starting the lifestyle changes toward losing at least 5 stone.
I have lost weight before, but this time I want to do it permanently and for health not just to be a size 10 or whatever. I have Ménière's Disease which can be influenced by unhealthy diet, so would also like to change things to help with that.

Hi! I am starting AGAIN also! I'm in my 40's and I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. I have Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and a lot of healthy foods flares things up, so I'm going to have to be creative. Friend me if you want to! And if not, then good luck on your journey!!
BTW... My profile pic is my "I'm going to get back there" pic. I have at least 50 pounds to lose!0 -
Me Too. I'm starting again. In 2012, I lost 40 pounds, then had a fall and surgery and have gained back 30 of those pounds. I've made a couple of attempts to start again but I'm determined to succeed this time. Please add me if you like and this will be the attempt that works!0
