Trying to lose 50 pounds by April 8. I know but I seem to always lose a pound a day. I will be eating all my calories and working out intensely. We will see what happens though. It may be a stretch but that's the goal.0

What also helps me is to set small goals like say 15 to 20 lbs in 3 months, & then 15 to 20 lbs after that, & so forth. It also helps to work out. I been doing aerobic dance for 30 mins. to 45 mins. I started out doing it twice a week, & now up to 3 times a week, & hope to increase it to 4 times a week. Just don't want to push myself to fast. Exercise makes me feel so much better, I can come home dead tired from work & don't want to do anything, so I make myself workout & feel wonderful afterwards.0
