I put in the information for losing weight at 2 pounds / week.
It says I can eat 1200 calories a day. I work really LONG days,many times over 12 hours straight, so I am worrying
about being hungry. I don't get a formal lunch time, so I bring some nuts, berries, apple to eat when I get a minute.
I don't want to hear about how you have to get a lunch. Many jobs just don't allow it. I am lucky to have a job.

I gave up bread, pasta, rice, crackers, all of that many months ago. I am hoping it will be easier to do 1200 with eating vegetables and a little protein.
