Howzit fellow fitness folks!

It's time…It's time! My friend made me join up to get a little motivation to get back in shape. When I was 40 I weighed 287lbs and went to the Doc for a physical and the Doc (a friend) told me I would be dead by 55… whoa! Thanks for not holding back. Well heeding his advice to lose a few lbs, I ended up losing 120lbs and completing an Ironman to boot… fast forward 48 yrs old and a job that has me traveling 75k air miles a year with a nice expense acct.. needless to say the lbs have started piling on again. Sooooo, I need to get back on that bike and WERK IT! I've chosen my profile pic, because it is a pic of me at my highest weight (you know motivation) AS a side note are there people that need to lose weight on here? In everyone's pic it seems like they're normal…? Well my plan is to start tomorrow, ha for real! So feel free to heckle, sing, whisper, shout at me if I slack off. Thx!
