7 months into Stronglifts current weight @ 156 I am 5 ft 7 and eat on average 1750 calories a day.
LBD is Nov so 2.5 months into Stronglifts @ 165lbs

Hey, I started with stronglifts. My pics are a little misleading because I lost most of my weight without lifting but I'll post them anyway along with my success story if you want to read it.

I've never felt healthy, strong, or fit (by any stretch of the imagination), and I think that's the biggest thing lifting has given me. I'm also happier with my body than I have ever been.

For those asking what is stronglifts...if you search on the message board search engine, they have some great advice and threads about what stronglifts is. Great program and great job ladies!0

I have yet to take the plunge into stronglifts, but always like seeing the results!
I obviously want to be strong and toned like these girls, but my favorite part is the posture after!0 -
