For no reason. Because it feels good. Because you enjoy it. Flexing any body part. Not for anyone else and not for the camera. Perhaps a private affirmation of the progress you made. A bit of self reflection and analysis maybe. Smelling the roses perhaps. Well? Don't lie children.

The HR ladies just complimented me on my slacks. I told them yeah, I've been going deeper on my squats. I then flexed my bootie for them.

Hahah... well yes. About every 5 lbs.. I do a little ARM flex to see if the muscles are coming through more since the fat is reducing.. Only in the privacy of my condo.. with the doors locked!0
