You won't get bulky lifting weights. (I mean, you could eventually, but you'd have to work really hard at it.) I've been doing a weights class for 3 months, 2-3 times a week and I'm definitely stronger but my muscles are far from huge! I've enjoyed doing group power class at my gym but it covers all muscle groups.

Estrogen will prevent you from getting bulky. Body building ladies work very hard for their muscles.

I think you might like the book "You Are Your Own Gym" by Mark Lauren. It's exercises that use your own body weight to do.

It's also an app. I think it cost me $3 but it's totally worth it - really easy to follow workouts and you don't need any equipment.
