gnc total lean 25 vs. syntrax nectar

Now before anyone starts saying to eat real food instead of having meal replacement shakes... I'm not here for that. I still plan to eat real food, but sometimes I work a lot and sometimes a meal replacement shake is just easier to get the protein I need.

Anyway I know very little about choosing protein powder based on nutrition facts and good ingredients, so I'm looking for some advice on how to choose between these two products. I've tried syntrax nectar chocolate, lemon tea, and the cappuccino ... taste wise they are amazing. I don't think they were very filling with just water, but I plan to use soy/almond milk, a banana, and spinach or a greens supplement when having it as a meal replacement.

Any help on figuring out the best choice based on nutrition and ingredients would be greatly appreciated.
