Back when I used to jog a solid 6miles a day I would let my mind wander and listen to my footsteps often. I let myself go over the years (hence I'm here) and I'm wondering what everyone thinks about during their routine. If you're lifting (which I barely have done) what is going on in your mind? How do you stay focused and at full attention?
