Hey peeps!

31 year old male here. Getting back at it. About 5-6 years ago I was going hardcore for about 6 months (low carb, high protein diet. cardio and strength training 5x week). I was looking and feeling good, then I got gall stones. The doctor said it was from losing weight so fast. It was one of the worst pains of my life so after dealing with that and a few life changes I got discouraged. I was nervous to do anything because being a bigger guy any kind of diet or exercise will make me lose a bunch of weight at least in the first few months. Well, it backfired and I gained everything back plus a little more. I figure I have to bite the bullet now and just do it. Possible gall stones is better than possible heart attack or stroke, right? Anyway, I'm looking for motivation and friends on here so hit me up.
