Need help setting levels for calorie goals and macros

I recently started back on MFP to track my calories. I have gastropareseis (delayed stomach emptying) and often I am not hungry. I am consuming around 1200 calories a day. I have a desk job and don't exercise often because of joint inflammation and lack of time. My joints however feel better when I move. Before starting to log my calories again I was using the elliptical daily for 30 minutes in the am and 30 in the pm and not dropping an ounce. I got discouraged and stopped using it. I have recovered from my pity party and I am ready to get serious again. The weight loss listed here is over quite a long time. I have basically been teetering between 178.6 and 184 for 6-8 months. This morning I was 180.... I am 5' 4. Any help with getting on track is appreciated. I do seem to be sensitive to higher levels of carbs. It makes me "puffy" I will open my diary.
