Does anyone here follow a plant based diet? I'm trying to set up nutrional values and wonder what others have set.

    I stopped eating meat 14 years ago. I go back and forth between a vegan and vegetarian diet. I make most of my meals ahead of time so I can be sure they're balanced. I try to eat as plant based as possible but I struggle with protein so I use gardein "meat" products when needed. I'm not a fan or tempeh and I'm allergic to seitan. I try to work with tofu but I haven't been very successful in finding a way to cook it. I use lentils and quinoa as a source of protein as well. I make a protein smoothie every morning too.

    I just signed up to get a produce box every other week so I can force myself to try new things.

    I'm vegetarian. I use MFP to make sure that I'm getting enough nutrients in my diet. I also use what MFP offered, because you don't need more of the nutritional values, you are just getting them in different ways.

    Do you have any specific concerns?
