Im super excited to start this year fresh, in 2011 i had my son i went from 9 stone (126lbs) to 12 stone 8lb. (175lbs). in 2012 we went to disneyworld florida and I'm so ashamed of the photos of myself i won't even let my family look at them as I'm so overweight in them. We are planning on taking our son to disneyworld for his 4th birthday next year and I've made a promise to myself to lose weight. The start of this year i weighend in at 11 stone 13lbs (167lbs) , i then joined a diet bet and in a month i lost 4% of my weight so i now weigh 11 stone 3lbs, (157lbs ) i was so proud of myself. but this weekend took its toll i gained 4lbs. But to start on monday i did 60 mins on the bike and 10 minutes dancing and I've done the same today,

Ive been coming up with really healthy smoothies for my breakfast I've been making these myself and coming up with the ideas myself as I'm really fussy with what i eat.
