    Hard work pays off! I have been up and down too (although never had kids) and it can be very discouraging. You give me hope that if I keep it up I will get there!

    you look terrific! I almost cried reading this. My entire life has been spent yo-yo dieting. I eat when I am happy, sad, bored, depressed, or for entertainment. Eating is everything too me and that is the reason why i always put it back on. You are such an inspiration. Again i get back on the wagon and start again.

    Thank you, I have read every word and it is as though you were talking about my life story, up and down since I was about 13. Depression, anxiety you name it, I have it. I am now 61! You have given me so much inspiration. Congratulations on your wonderful loss.

    OMG You have such a beautiful shape at every weight. I'm proud of you. I was amazed because my numbers follow you so closely and I wear the same clothes now that you did at your heaviest! I'm lots older than you, but you are my new inspiration. I weigh 215 but finally am going to do this thing. My 3 boys worry about me and I have a little grandbaby now that I want to see grow up.
