Has anyone on here done P90X during their pregnancy? I need to start again and I'm 4 months, looking for feedback.

I think the rule for working out while pregnant is to keep exercising at the intensity you were before you were pregnant. If you haven't been doing P90X or anything of similar intensity for the last several months (first 4 months of your pregnancy and a few months prior to that), than I wouldn't recommend starting now.
If you haven't been exercising, it is still ok and recommended for most women, to add in some low intensity exercises such as walking.
It is really important to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard. If an exercise is uncomfortable, skip it.0
