Hi

Thought I would post here since I haven't yet. A little about me:

Current:
45yo
Male
Illinois
6'
210lbs
~25%BF

Goal:
6'2 - ha!
190-195lbs
~12-15%BF

I have some sohulder problems that hamper some of my workouts, but I am trying to perform more compund lifts and staying as much away from the isolated movements. I absolutly hate cardio, however I am not sure that I can reach my goals without it. I work an office job so not very active at work. I get to the gym in the mornings about 4 days a week for 60 minutes or until I am done.

Any encouragement or ideas welcome.
