Hello everyone...my name is Debbie and I'm an over-eater. I've been on MFP for over a year. I was fat...then I was skinny...now I'm fat again :grumble: . I'm ready to try again with an emphasis on LIFESTYLE change. Don't be a stranger :flowerforyou: .
