42 and hoping to get fit and lose a bit of weight!

Hi, thought I'd make the most of the newly found fitness app and log on and say hi so "hi"

Just completed day 1 of week 3 of C25K in a bid to loose weight & get fitter.

Think it's all going in the right direction.

Interesting to read other goals and progress on here and ,in some cases, inspirational.
