Hi All, just starting out

I am now ready to get serious and accountable. I have tried various "DIETS" and nothing seemed to work for very long and I ended up gaining back what I lost and more as well. After reading many websites info, I think the best solution is not the quick results but the changing of lifestyle and the slow progression of weight loss. Maybe this way I can keep it off. Any suggestions would be helpful. I have cut out all wheat and sugar. I am ready to go for my goal. Thank you for letting me share.
