Guess what another T25 question!

My stats are 162 lbs 5 ft tall. Okay I want to tone up and that too but I have a lot of fat to deal with first. That being said T25 was given to me so I said meh might as well it's only 25 minutes. That being said I've been doing a lot of reading and there are reviews that love T25 and some that say it's a waste of time.

For a person like me who is looking to lose fat before worrying about the other stuff, should I even bother? Should I go back to my Biggest Loser or something? I know any exercising is better than no excerising but if I'm not in the stage for toning and building muscle specifically I don't know if T25 is what I'm looking for.

    T25 can totally work for you but you need to make sure that you focus on the nutrition aspect at the same time. You'll want to read the nutrition guide and follow it as closely as possible. I've led several T25 challenge groups with people who are overweight and those that had the best results were those that followed the nutrition plan.
