....I probably already know the answer to my own question, but I got hit with a "below the neck" something or other. Weak muscles, feverish, deep productive cough, etc... . I am assuming this is a no go for working out until things feel better.
How long would you wait to get back into some cardio work? Today was supposed to be an easy 60 minutes of spinning on the bike inside, but if it would do more harm than good - what's the point, right?
If it was a head cold and "above the neck", I'd probably just do the workout.
Curious to hear from others and what they do during a "below the neck" cold/infection/bug, etc...

I'll continue as normal with a head cold but if it's in my chest it means at least a few days off......
