Hello

I'm mainly here to better track what I eat and exercise. My secondary purpose on this site is to help support my girlfriend on her journey.

In high school and for a year in college I was a basketball player... always active... Now that those days have long gone and that of the 40-hour-work-week desk job have dominated my life since graduating college, I'm looking to get back on track. Ultimately, I would like to be able to dunk a basketball again.

Things I do know about myself:
I hate running. Joggers make it look fun, but I despise it with a passion. It's just not for me... ...at all!
I've never been a gym rat and don't want to be.
It's never easy making the right food choices when you love Mexican food! LOL. Chile rellenos are satanically delicious.
If you like biking and have dogs, it helps to have their assistance getting up hills.
