For all of you bikers/cyclers out there, PLEASE wear your helmet, whether you are just going for a quick, casual spin or working out. I just found out my friend (who lived in Finland) was killed while casually riding his bike around town (was out on a quick errand). He rode all of the time, too. He was only 37.

Please. It could save your life.
