starting my journey today - 20 lbs to lose!

Hi! My name is Rachel and I'm 5'4 and 150 lbs. I want to be 130 pounds and STRONG too! Starting today with a few goals:
1. Avoid the damn candy dish at work that has added FAR too many calories to my days
2. Avoid added sugar
3. Work out 6 days per week
4. Stay within my 1200 calorie limit!
