So i'm not that down, just a little annoyed I have not been able to eat as healthy as I want the past weekend. I went on a camping trip and then a fancy dinner the day after so I had around 300-500 extra calories both days. Also, I just moved last week to come back to school and we don't have a scale here. Not being able to weigh myself for the past week and those two days almost make me feel like I have not been keeping up with this new "lifestyle change."

we all have our off days. the fact that you realized that you strayed is very important. once you get back in the pace of things everything will come into play. plus, the fact you went camping means it wasn't all bad. Just keep at it!0
