    I mostly like greens.
    Spinach is my favorite but it goes bad so much quicker than kale, so I usually just stick to that.
    I also love onions and leeks.

    Roasted brussels sprouts, brocolli, Stephen Hawking, KoRN, and chicken.

    If you live in England ... if you go to Tesco ... you can buy Tesco Mediterranean Frozen vegetables (with baby tomato, brinjil, carrots, parsnips ... and other things) and put it in the oven.

    Not the cheapest vegetable on the market, but my all time favourite!!!
    (and no, I don't work for Tesco and I don't get a commision) :wink:
