I've seen "NROL4W" quoted on here before - what does it mean? Is it "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" book?
If so, is it any good? I've been lifting free weights in my room for about a month now, but I'm curious about this one.
Otherwise - has anyone got any books they've found helpful?
NB - I am not looking to lose weight, just gain muscle.
