Hi, I'm Deb and I just discovered the forums a few days ago and I been searching and they seem pretty cool. I joined MFP back in 2012, but only used it to record my food diary, so now i am just kinda getting use to the whole site. I joined because i needed something to help me get motivated and count calories etc. When i first joined i was 174lbs. Right now I am 145. I'm 25 and I'm 5'8. Everyday is a step closer to my goal weight. I'm wanting to be between 130-135, but it's whatever i feel good about. I became active last year and ever since then I just love to workout. I do Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution at the moment and am on month 2, I really love it. I also go to the gym. The only thing I'm afraid I'm not doing right, is not eating enough calories a day. I'm a picky eater and I don't like veggies at all, sadly. So what are some kinds of healthy foods I should be eating? So i can be on the right track. Any help would be amazing. I would like to meet new people on here, where we can motivate each other. :) I hope you all have a fantastic day! Xo
