New to this

Hey Everyone,

I'm new to the site and hoping it helps me ditch the weight i've put on thanks to PTSD. I'm happy with myself for staying under my calories no problem so far. 5 days now! LOL.
On top of recording food, watching what I eat better and doing my typical SAHM work i've gotten back to running with C25K.

So with commitment and dedication I hope to get back to where I was nearly 2 years ago.
