Good Exercises besides Cardio

Hello Everyone!

I've been a member for 2 weeks now so I was wondering if anybody knows of some good excises I can do not Cardio relate. I do Cardio a lot so I need more strength exercises.

    Basic calisthenics or body resistance stuff: crunches, pushups, squats, lunges, triceps dips... all that fun stuff

    With a set of light weights (or creative use of canned goods and other household items) you can also do some basic strength training. That isn't at all an area I can give tons of advice in so I'll leave that to someone else!

    I bought basic resistant bands off amazon and use them three days a week after my cardio,
