Hey my name is Ben Gates and I am a sophomore in college. In high school I was very much active in sports and I didn't really have to worry much about what I was eating or what I was doing cuz I was always able to burn it off by regular weight lifting and practices. Well, here I am 2 years later, wishing i was this weight playing football in school, now regretting it. Unfortunately when I arrived at school I took part in "real college life." Unfortunately that didn't help my weight so much. Long story short I weigh 210 pounds looking to be back in shape to what I was in high school (190 lbs.) Yes, i know this isn't alot, but I'm starting to feel the weight get to me when I start doing cardio, weight lifting, etc. So, here I am, for once having to actually try to eat healthy (living in a college dorm makes this EXTREMELY hard), and get back into lifting weights. I'm looking to boost my metabolism again, but I know in order to do that I need to come up with some good weight training exercises and some good cardio. Any sorts of suggestions for either of those parts are definitely welcome!
P.S. No fat jokes... fat people have feelings too lol
