Is 1,720 calories okay or too much?

I'm 136 pounds, wanting to get to 120, 5'5.5. I set my activity level to slightly active since I'm a cashier so I'm standing for 7 hours 4 days a week, does that make sense? Or should I be sedentary since its not everyday? This would be to lose half a pound a week. I also exercise daily but dont eat back exercise calories. Thanks!

    Sounds about right. Try it out for a while and see how it goes. All these numbers are estimates, so a little tweaking is to be expected. Good luck!
