Like Fat Girl Slim and things like that? Just caffeine with most of them. They won't burn fat, but they will make you pee a lot! And itch!
  • but it gives some results in butt and abdomen ...i think

If it does, it's not from fat loss. There are some that help with blood circulation and contain vitamin c (which helps with collagen), but that isn't taking away any fat. It's just helping to keep the skin that's there healthy with good blood flow at the surface. A lot of them also contain hyaluronic acid which helps to plump the skin up. So there are good things in them, but they won't get rid of fat, and there are much cheaper products that will contain a lot of the same ingredients. So they are good for your skin, but to market them as fat burning is where they fall short.

    H2SO4.

I also saw this movie once, and they used NaOH. It seemed to burn fat just fine. The guy(s) in the movie/book used it to make soap, so you know it's good for your skin..

Both of those will give you SEVERE chemical burns. Don't even try this.

    LOLwut?

You meant your friend happened to be using some supposed fat-burning cream at the same time they were eating at a caloric deficit and lost weight, right?

Also. that is my favorite quote in the movie. You should read the book too. It's short, only took me a few hours.

No, seriously, if used properly they do work. They really really do. The key is portion control so that you only eat enough of said fat burning creams so as to remain within a proper caloric deficit.
