I'm 9 days new and I love this app!

I'm set at 1200 calories a day, I've been eating as healthy as possible for me. I feel so much better already and I'm not craving a cheesesteak, which is great! I know I should exercise, but I'm taking baby steps. Feel free to view my diary, any help and/or comments are welcome.

    That's awesome. I don't consider what you are doing a baby step but a gigantic leap - starting is always the biggest step you can make. Friend me if you would like.
