Hi!
I have been logging on to the site for the past week now and the results are really incredible, you become so self-aware of your calorie intake it really helps. I lost a couple of pounds in the first week itself which is great!
Just need to get a daily exercise regimen set to burn off atleast 500 calories if not more! Any suggestions?

    Walking for about an hour is great! Biking for an hour and a half is great! Hiking if you have hills is great! What is near you and makes your heart pump that you feel is fun?

    swimming breaststoke for an hour burns 700+ :)

    what i do is was i like bike ride that get the 500+ on my site and walking .... i use a app on my phone to tell me how far i went and how meny calories i hit :)
