Hi!
I have been logging on to the site for the past week now and the results are really incredible, you become so self-aware of your calorie intake it really helps. I lost a couple of pounds in the first week itself which is great!
Just need to get a daily exercise regimen set to burn off atleast 500 calories if not more! Any suggestions?

Walking for about an hour is great! Biking for an hour and a half is great! Hiking if you have hills is great! What is near you and makes your heart pump that you feel is fun?0

what i do is was i like bike ride that get the 500+ on my site and walking .... i use a app on my phone to tell me how far i went and how meny calories i hit0
