Not enough calories sometimes

My calorie goal is 1330 and tonight I finished up with a total of 803 net cals. It gave that little warning it gives when it says you are eating too little. But, I'm not hungry and I don't want to eat just to get the right amount of calories in. I know a lot of people will say to reset my daily amount, but it's not always like this - there are days where I struggle to stay within my daily intake too. I'm just asking if it's bad to have days where I eat too little?

I think there are days when we are hungry and eat a lot and days when we aren't. I think it evens out over the course of the week. If you are hitting close to your goal for most of the week you are probably ok.0

As long as you aren't doing this intentionally and as long as you aren't doing it a lot. Add more fats and you'll easily be able to get up to your goal.0
