I stumbled across this book a few weeks ago and got a copy. I'm surprised that it's such an unheard of book with very few reviews. Dr. H, the Dr behind the "Biggest Loser" wrote the book back in 2008. The book centers around the season when 36 contestants stayed home and lost weight. I've really liked the book. More meatier then other books I've read. He focuses on setting calorie intake based on our Resting Daily Energy Expenditure (RDEE) and sets some great guidelines for eating. The part that most will struggle with is the two hours of exercise he recommends daily.

I was wondering if anyone has read it or done the program?
