Never reaching my limit

I never seem to reach my limit. Im trying to eat as healthy and clean as I can, but by the end of the day I always have 500 calories left over, since fruits and vegetables and yogurt is what I snack on and those are pretty low in calories. Since im young I cant go to the store and buy "clean" snacks. I have hummus and baby carrots every day, greek yogurt, an apple/celery sticks and some almond butter.. and thats it. My limit is 1200 calories because im not in a deficit. I really need to eat to this limit because if not my body will go into starvation mode. Ive considered special k snacks like the pastry crisps and popcorn chips but the ingredients list scares me.

You are not eating enough..IF your numbers are even close to correct. You aren't understanding what "deficit" means either...please read some of the FAQ stickies, like the "sexypants" one....and good luck.0

Agree.
Here's the sexypants link! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants
Also, assuming you are logging your food accurately, there's no need to eat 100% "healthy" or "clean". Just eat the foods you like, and add calorie-dense foods to your diet, like full-fat dairy, cheese, avocado, nuts/seeds, nut butters, olive oil, and avoid the low-fat and fat-free versions of foods.0
