Hi All! I am Mama Ross to a lot of my children's friends in MD, DC, VA, WV & NC & now to all of you! :-) I have always been active, but had a couple of accidents back to back that have been hindering my fun-loving ways! I also, unfortunately, gained an additional 35-40 pounds! UGH! My weight has been on a rollercoaster the last few years and it's time to end the ride! Not fun anymore, well, it never was! lol! I'm also using the Bode/Vemma products in my efforts. Are any of you familiar with these products endorsed by Chris & Heidi Powell?
