I took a "day off" from my regimen yesterday, as I will occasionally do, just to mix things up. I have been doing pretty well and I have been very good at sticking to my daily limits and avoiding outright crap. I discovered for myself that once in a while a "bad" day is not going to wreck everything.
Well, what happened is I really binged on sugar yesterday. (Citarella has some extremely nommy baked goods.) It actually didn't feel great and I may have finally broken my lifelong security blanket relationship with it. I actually wanted the cleaner food I have gotten used to eating, by the end of the day.
So I guess that is my NSV for this week, I'll take it!

Hello... I can totally relate to that! I feel the same way after eating really greasy or sugary foods, it just makes me feel bad afterwards. If only they didn't taste so good while eating them0
