1300 cal menus for trader joe's shopper?

Hi i'm new. Need to lose 40 pounds, mom of young boys and work full time. TraderJoe's is right by my house. Anyone out there who can offer 1300 cal menus - and bonus if you shop at TJ's? Thanks!

I'm at trader Joe's probably twice a week. I love their pineapple and watermelon. A staple that I get every time I go is shaved brussel sprouts and their white mushrooms already sliced. I love their lavosh bread and cookie butter. Cookie butter is not so good for calories but it tastes amazing. They have super lean hamburger meat. My calories are also 1300. Oh and i always have their frozen brown rice in my freezer. Their vegetable fried rice is awesome too.

They have nice premade salads (many with chicken) for 300-400 calories that you can have for lunch, with maybe a yogurt. They have greek yogurts for about 120 calories, that you can have for breakfast, with maybe a packet of Trader Joe's Complete Oatmeal, which is I think about 180 calories. Also they sell bags of already hardboiled, peeled eggs (70 calories each).

They have plenty of healthy frozen meals (but with some of the ethnic food, especially Indian, beware of high sodium content!) They have the Guilt Free line which includes things like fish and fava beans and spinach (190 calories) ziti (300 calories?) then they also have single servings of things like spinach lasagna, eggplant parmesan, (abt 300 cals each) and more.

They sell the mini baby bell light cheeses which I use for snacks a lot (50 cals each piece) and have bags of individual packed nuts (the Just a Handful of Raw Almonds are 200 calories each).

They have a lot of really good options, but unfortunately they have a lot of really good desserts too, (so I have to avoid that aisle, although I will use the Sea Salt brownies as a dessert sometimes (3 pieces for 180 calories.)

They have a ton of low-cal frozen ready meals that are all really tasty. I like the baked ziti and the black bean and corn enchiladas. They also sell this great pre-packaged frozen crab-stuffed flounder that is 310 calories and like $3. It feels like a nice takeout dish without the price tag or being high in calories
